Abstract

Ce chapitre analyse la manière dont les salariés réagissent lorsqu'un conflit de valeurs environnementales apparaît entre leurs convictions personnelles et les pratiques de leur employeur. Il met en lumière deux formes distinctes de résilience : s'accommoder du décalage et rester ou rompre la relation d'emploi, phénomène qualifié de climate quitting.
