Abstract

On parle beaucoup du manque de courage managérial. Mais quid du courage des DRH ? Il ressort de mes enquêtes de terrain (essentiellement auprès de grandes entreprises et de collectivités) que le manque de courage des DRH nuit à la crédibilité de cette fonction ainsi qu'à l'engagement au travail. Voici quelques exemples de manifestations ou d'absence de courage et leurs conséquences sur le collectif.
