Abstract

L'intelligence artificielle (IA) représente à la fois un levier et un défi pour la gestion des organisations et des individus. Malgré un intérêt croissant, les recherches manquent encore d'une synthèse intégrée pour orienter les travaux futurs et éclairer les pratiques managériales. Ainsi, cette recherche présente une synthèse des impacts de l'intelligence artificielle (IA), en particulier des outils comme ChatGPT, sur l'apprentissage et le déploiement des compétences gestionnaires tant individuelles que collectives. La revue de littérature met en évidence les apports de l'IA sur les compétences individuelles et collectives, ses impacts sur le processus de création de connaissances individuel et organisationnel.
