Abstract

La prise de décision chez les dirigeants et les exploitants agricoles ne repose jamais uniquement sur la rationalité. Même si l'analyse, la logique et l'objectivation structurent une partie du processus, les choix sont profondément influencés par des facteurs humains : émotions, stress, drivers hérités de l'enfance, biais cognitifs et désormais biais digitaux. Ces éléments conditionnent la manière dont chacun perçoit une situation, évalue ses options ou réagit sous pression, parfois en réduisant l'autonomie de décision. Dans un environnement complexe, concurrentiel et chargé d'injonctions contradictoires, comprendre ces mécanismes devient essentiel. Car derrière un choix professionnel se cachent des marqueurs émotionnels, des automatismes, des souvenirs et des influences invisibles. Développer l'intelligence émotionnelle, reconnaître ses biais et réguler son stress permet alors de reprendre du recul, d'agir en conscience… et de décider vraiment.
