Abstract

The current qualitative research was conducted with the aim of investigating the barriers of business environment in Yazd province. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The statistical population consisted of experts, policy makers, planners and managers of Yazd province that with targeted sampling method, 45 of them were selected and were interviewed deep and exploratory. The process of data collecting continued to achieve a level of theoretical saturation. As a result of the implementation of coding process, the findings were illustrated in the barriers of business and investment environment, causal conditions leading to such barriers, consequences of detected barriers and the solutions proposed to reduce and alleviate the given impacts.
