Abstract

Cette étude de cas est basée sur l'association Vivre Et Travailler Autrement - VETA - et détaille sa méthode pour favoriser concrètement l'inclusion sociale et professionnelle des autistes sévères en France, dont l'accès à l'emploi reste pour l'heure pratiquement inexistant. Ce cas met l'accent sur la nécessité de l'insertion de tous, à la fois pour les porteurs de handicap, pour les entreprises, et pour la société civile dans sa globalité, car nul n'est à l'abri d'être un jour limité dans ses capacités. Ce cas montre comment une première expérience d'inclusion en milieu ordinaire a permis de modéliser une approche holistique et reproductible à l'échelle du territoire national. Enfin, cette étude montre comment les entreprises œuvrant au côté de VETA inscrivent leur partenariat dans leur politique de RSE et comment elles bénéficient elles-mêmes de cette inclusion
