Abstract

Cette étude de cas basée sur une entreprise réelle met d'abord en lumière les offres qu'Adopte un Bureau propose pour aider les entreprises à réduire concrètement leur empreinte environnementale lorsqu'elles décident de changer leur mobilier de travail. Elle montre également le fonctionnement interne d'Adopte un Bureau qui en fait une entreprise libérée. Il s'agit donc d'un sujet à la croisée des chemins entre le Développement Durable et le Management, à travers l'étude de notions importantes telles que la Marque Employeur, les espaces organisationnels, les structures, et la durabilité.
