Abstract

Des investissements considérables des autorités et des entreprises chinoises ont permis à la RPC de devenir un pays leader dans le domaine des villes intelligentes, avec de très nombreuses applications concrètes qui changent déjà considérablement la vie quotidienne des habitants. Si la Chine, qui exporte largement ses pratiques en la matière, met à profit ces nouveaux outils pour renforcer la surveillance exercée sur ses citoyens, leur impact ne se limite pas aux questions sécuritaires.
