Abstract

La filière viticole en France traverse une crise multifactorielle. Les effets conjugués du changement climatique et de la consommation de vins, s'ajoutent aux tensions géopolitiques, à une compétition internationale accrue et à des attentes sociétales croissantes en termes de santé et de durabilité. Cette crise se traduit par des défaillances d'entreprises, des difficultés de commercialisation, un ralentissement des transmissions viticoles et des répercussions sur l'organisation de la filière. Dans ce contexte, et au delà des mesures nationales ou européennes (arrachage, soutiens et subventions), les réponses aux niveaux des régions viticoles françaises sont contrastées et dépendent des spécificités territoriales et de la résilience des acteurs et des institutions. Cette intervention propose de décrire les caractéristiques viticoles de la région Occitanie et de comprendre les réponses apportées et les initiatives en cours (organisation, soutiens publics,communication, innovations, ..) par rapport aux efforts en cours dans la région de Bordeaux.
