Abstract

L'article définit un modèle postkeynésien de développement soutenable ainsi que ses modalités de financement, à partir des travaux néodéveloppementistes, structuralistes et dépendantistes latino-américains. En dépit de l'instauration de nouveaux modèles de développement en Amérique du Sud depuis les années 2000, l'augmentation des flux commerciaux et financiers chinois et la Nouvelle architecture monétaire et financière régionale n'ont contribué que marginalement à la mise en application du paradigme postkeynésien de développement soutenable et à un financement novateur du développement.
