Abstract

Le chapitre 3 s'intéresse à une transformation majeure du travail contemporain : le télétravail. Il explore comment les entreprises peuvent concilier performance et bien-être dans un contexte où, à l'heure de la Covid-19, le travail à distance était devenu la norme. À travers une analyse des effets du télétravail sur l'engagement et la cohésion des équipes, il propose une réflexion critique sur les nouvelles formes demanagement adaptées à ces évolutions.
