Abstract

Contexte et problématique opérationnelle : La règle de confinement en cas d'alerte cyclonique peut ne pas être pertinente lors de menaces graves de mouvements de terrain. Il y a une nécessité d'identifier et hiérarchiser ces situations pour alimenter la décision publique en gestion de crise.
