Abstract

Ce chapitre analyse le rôle de la raison d'être dans la gouvernance des start-up. Il montre comment son intégration dès la création influence la définition des objectifs, l'orientation stratégique et les relations avec les parties prenantes dans un contexte d'incertitude. L'étude met en évidence la fonction de la raison d'être comme mécanisme de légitimation, d'alignement et de coordination, suggérant l'émergence d'une forme de gouvernance propre aux start-up à mission.
