Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif de proposer une synthèse de la littérature autour du phénomène de certification de la startup dans sa trajectoire de croissance. La littérature étudiée jusqu'ici confirme le rôle significatif des effets de certification dans le financement de l'entreprise, la conclusion d'alliances stratégiques et l'accès au marché. Nous pouvons néanmoins remarquer que les études se sont jusqu'alors principalement focalisées sur le cadre d'une entreprise déjà établie et en considérant les effets certificateurs indépendamment les uns des autres. Plusieurs pistes de recherche sur le rôle certificateur sont alors à explorer dans le contexte des jeunes startups innovantes impliquées dans un processus de création et se situant alors en contexte d'incertitude.
