Abstract

Les certifications constituent des signaux externes utilisés pour réduire les asymétries d'information auxquelles font face les entreprises en recherche de financement. Cette communication propose une revue de la littérature analysant la manière dont ces certifications influencent la perception de crédibilité, de qualité et de conformité organisationnelle. Elle examine leurs effets sur la sélection des projets par les investisseurs, ainsi que leurs limites en termes de coûts, de pertinence sectorielle et de risques de standardisation excessive. L'étude met ainsi en lumière le rôle structurant des certifications dans la trajectoire de financement des entreprises.
