Abstract

Les agences de notation dédiées aux start-up cherchent à structurer l'information disponible afin d'éclairer les décisions des investisseurs. Cette communication analyse la manière dont ces dispositifs évaluatifs tentent de réduire l'incertitude propre aux jeunes entreprises innovantes, tout en soulignant leurs limites méthodologiques. L'étude met en évidence les tensions entre standardisation, subjectivité des critères et contraintes liées à la qualité des données. Elle montre que, malgré ces limites, ces outils participent à la mise en visibilité des projets entrepreneuriaux et influencent les pratiques de sélection des financeurs.
