Abstract

Les start-up évoluent dans un contexte d'incertitude élevée, rendant leur évaluation complexe pour les financeurs. Cette communication examine le rôle des agences de notation spécialisées dans l'appréciation de la qualité des jeunes entreprises innovantes. L'analyse met en évidence les limites méthodologiques de ces dispositifs, les biais potentiels dans la production des scores et les difficultés de standardisation. Elle montre également que ces outils contribuent à structurer l'information disponible et à réduire l'opacité informationnelle, influençant ainsi les décisions d'investissement dans un environnement incertain.
