Abstract

Les jeunes entreprises innovantes font face à de fortes asymétries d'information qui compliquent leur accès au financement. Cette communication analyse le rôle des plateformes de notation comme dispositifs d'intermédiation visant à réduire ces asymétries. Elle examine la manière dont ces plateformes collectent et structurent des signaux sur la qualité perçue des start-up, et comment ces informations influencent l'évaluation et la sélection réalisées par les financeurs. L'étude met en évidence le double effet de ces outils : une amélioration de la visibilité et de la comparabilité des entreprises, mais aussi des limites liées à la standardisation et aux biais des modèles d'évaluation. L'analyse contribue à une meilleure compréhension de la place de ces plateformes dans la construction de la légitimité financière des jeunes entreprises innovantes.
