Abstract

Alors que les discours sur l'égalité, la Diversité et l'Inclusion (EDI) se multiplient dans les sphères politiques, médiatiques et organisationnelles, cet ouvrage collectif propose de maintenir une exigence critique et empirique sur ces notions. Porté par une approche résolument inclusive, il rassemble des travaux de recherche originaux qui explorent des thématiques encore peu étudiées ou récemment émergentes : orientation sexuelle et identité de genre, foi religieuse, neuroatypie, maladie chronique, endométriose, mais aussi inclusion par formation professionnelle ou encore dimension inclusive des plateformes numériques. À travers une approche thématique articulée en trois parties – (1) identités invisibles ou stigmatisées, (2) interfaces personnelles-professionnelles méconnues, et (3) expériences d'inclusion en contexte – ce livre donne à voir des expériences singulières, des tensions persistantes et des pistes d'action pour penser autrement les enjeux d'inclusion au travail. Destiné aux chercheurs, praticiens et étudiants en gestion et sciences sociales, mais aussi à toute personne intéressée par la recherche sur ces objets, cet ouvrage éclaire les défis contemporains de l'EDI et souligne l'importance des contextes organisationnels dans la construction d'environnements réellement inclusifs.
