Abstract

Human is the most genius entity in the world. Human can prevail over the earth because of the efficiency of his brain. With the passage of time he learned to utilize his acumen. He started becoming the greatest fortune of the world. Now-a-days, human is not considered as superfluous entity of nature rather than he is honored as human resource. By this time, he invented some sets of activities that can thriven his skill. Industrial development found it difficult to regulate the increasing number of manpower. To manage the workers scientifically, a discipline called Human Resource Management was invented. Modern technologies are being used in the vogue era to obtain superior dexterity. This doctrine is called electronic human resource management (e-HRM). Bangladesh can utilize the blessings of e-HRM for having massive manpower. In this paper the authors tried to scrutinize the level of practicing the electronic human resource management system in Bangladesh.
