Abstract

Le télétravail, intensifié par la pandémie, demeure un sujet de débat quant à son impact sur la performance des travailleurs. Si certaines organisations continuent de privilégier le travail hybride, d'autres reviennent au 100 % présentiel, craignant une baisse de performance. Pourtant, la littérature ne parvient pas à établir un consensus sur cette relation, notamment en ce qui concerne la performance auto-évaluée. Cet article examine l'impact du télétravail sur la performance auto-évaluée des professionnels dans un environnement de travail hybride. À partir d'une étude qualitative menée auprès de 14 agents à haute responsabilité d'une collectivité territoriale, nos résultats montrent que l'effet du télétravail sur la performance dépend des modalités de sa mise en œuvre.
