Abstract

Ce questionnaire a pour objectif de tester la perception de la durabilité de la filière blé dur auprès du consommateur. Partant du produit consommé, les pâtes (et grains de couscous), il spécifie dans un premier temps le profil du consommateur au vu de ses pratiques de consommation et d'achat et teste les connaissances et perceptions des pâtes (et grains de couscous) par les consommateurs. Dans un deuxième temps, il propose des démarches de progrès pour une filière blé dur durable et évalue la perception et l'intérêt des consommateurs pour les propositions présentées (dimensions environnementale, socio-économique et nutritionnelle). Il évalue notamment la propension à payer en plus pour les propositions perçues prioritaires. L'enquête en ligne a été réalisée par le groupe BVA du 22 novembre au 2 décembre 2016 auprès d'un échantillon représentatif de la population française (1000 enquêtés).
