Méthodes agiles : une analyse par la Q-Methodology

Abstract

L'apprentissage des méthodes agiles est essentiel dans la formation en entrepreneuriat et management de projets (EMP) . Cet article aborde la formation aux méthodes agiles par la perception des apprenants, afin de mettre en lumière les éléments de leur point de vue subjectif : « Quelle perception des méthodes agiles les apprenants développent-ils ? ». Une étude basée sur la Q-Methodology a été réalisée auprès de 17 apprenants, étudiants de M2 EMP. Les résultats de cette étude montrent différentes tensions existantes dans les représentations des apprenants ainsi qu'une perception rationnelle de la méthode, non idéalisée.
