Abstract

A l'heure actuelle, la responsabilité sociétale des entreprises au Maroc s'impose comme un thème incontournable, porté à la fois par les académiciens que les professionnels. L'entreprise marocaine est sollicitée pour adopter des pratiques managériales socialement responsables conciliant les exigences aussi bien économiques, sociales, sociétales, environnementales que celles de la gouvernance. Les pratiques en question doivent s'enraciner davantage dans le management stratégique évitant ainsi les simples actions de communication ou du greenwashing (en français l'éco blanchiment) afin de redorer leur image de marque et réputation auprès de leurs parties prenantes. A travers cette communication, nous essayerons de formuler un modèle de recherche sur les facteurs potentiels qui déterminent l'engagement RSE des entreprises au Maroc et ce, sur la base d'une revue de la littérature théorique et empirique au contexte marocain.
