Abstract

Le quatrième numéro de la Revue Interdisciplinaire Droit et Organisations ouvre le dialogue entre chercheurs et praticiens de toutes spécialités et promeut un échange interdisciplinaire intéressant sur le sort humain et organisationnel dans ses diverses dimensions. Dans ce numéro on s'intéresse au devoir de vigilance des organisations, tant sur le plan juridique, économique que des sciences de gestion. Ce devoir de vigilance concerne notamment l'actuel problème de pollution numérique, suscitant une régulation plus soutenue de la part des entreprises.
