Abstract
The DEFFINUM RVRC 4.0 project (Virtual Reality for Customer Relations 4.0) is part of the France Relance Plan, which aims to promote the digital transformation of training programs in France. Led by the GIP FCIP in Lille, in partnership with Immersive-CoLab, Immersive Factory, the University of Lille, and other vocational training stakeholders, this project aims to develop a digital system dedicated to training in customer relations (CR) professions.
