Recruter sur Tiktok : la solution antirides ?

Abstract

Cet article s'inscrit dans une démarche exploratoire qui vise à apprécier l'impact des réseaux sociaux sur les processus de gestion des ressources humaines. Plus précisément, nous souhaitons comprendre la motivation des entreprises qui utilisent les réseaux sociaux à vocation personnelle au sein de leur processus de recrutement. Nous faisons le choix de restituer un premier bilan de notre analyse en exposant les résultats de notre étude empirique, collectés auprès de six entreprises qui ont eu recours au réseau social Tiktok au sein de leurs processus de sélection. Outre une opportunité afin de faire évoluer les processus et de séduire les candidats, nos répondants mettent rapidement en exergue leur volonté de rajeunir l'image de l'entreprise et de se rapprocher de la génération Z.
