Abstract

Ce travail interroge la place du dialogue entre les ONG et les entreprises. En effet, le XXIe siècle marque un changement dans les relations entre ces deux acteurs. Depuis plusieurs années, les organisations non gouvernementales et le monde des firmes cohabitent et même collaborent. L'intérêt de cette recherche est de caractériser le dialogue et de visualiser la place qu'il occupe parmi les différentes interactions entre ONG et firmes. Notre étude empirique met en lumière les verbatim de 44 répondants, soit 20 ONG et 24 entreprises. Les résultats de notre collecte de données ont été étudiés à l'aide du logiciel NVivo 11. In fine, cet article permet également de clarifier les différents rapports entre les ONG et les entreprises dans une société en évolution constante.
