Abstract

Alors que le digital remet tout en question, les entreprises prennent progressivement conscience du revirement numérique qui remanie leur manière d'interagir avec leur écosystème tout entier (Dejoux et Léon, 2018). Avec la révolution digitale, l'intelligence artificielle s'installe discrètement dans nos quotidiens (Mallard, 2018) aux côtés de la chaîne de blocs, de la mégadonnée (Big Data) ou encore de l'internet des objets. Cette même intelligence artificielle entre désormais en interaction avec de nombreux processus de gestion. Cet article ambitionne d'interroger la place de l'IA dans le processus du recrutement. Nous avons tenté à travers cette recherche d'appréhender la cohabitation entre l'IA et le recrutement. Pour ce faire nous avons réalisé une étude qualitative en interrogeant et en suivant le quotidien de 8 consultants en recrutement, tous confrontés à l'IA. Nous avons ainsi pu souligner que l'IA était un levier de performance et d'évolution.
