Abstract

Notre article explore la manière dont l'intelligence artificielle concourt à la dynamique du dialogue social dans l'entreprise. Pour cela, nous avons mené une étude exploratoire auprès d'une banque coopérative et mutualiste. 34 acteurs impliqués dans le dialogue social en tant que travailleurs, employeur ou acteurs externes à l'entreprise ont été interrogés. Notre collecte de données a été complétée par une observation non participante et une analyse documentaire. Nos résultats permettent d'identifier le rôle joué par l'intelligence artificielle pour renouveler le dialogue social avec les partenaires sociaux et l'élargir dans une vision écosystémique au-delà des frontières traditionnelles de l'organisation.
