Abstract

Cet article s'intéresse à l'impact de l'utilisation des réseaux sociaux numériques d'entreprise (RSN) sur leurs politiques de responsabilité sociale (RSE). Les auteurs cherchent à comprendre comment les réseaux sociaux numériques d'entreprise influencent-ils le développement des politiques de responsabilité sociale ? En s'appuyant sur une étude empirique de type qualitatif menée auprès de trois grandes entreprises du CAC 40. Ils mettent en évidence la manière dont les RSN nourrissent et créent l'opportunité d'un dialogue autour de l'intégration et le développement de nouvelles pratiques de RSE coconstruites avec les parties prenantes.
