Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif d'étudier la notion d'action militante ainsi que son opérationnalisationau sein d'une entreprise. A la lumière des travaux théoriques où les notions d'action militante,de militantisme ou d'intervention d'une entreprise au service d'un bien commun sont abordéset à partir du cadre conceptuel néo-institutionnel, nous analysons comment l'entrepriseBiocoop mène une action militante en faveur du développement d'une agriculture biologiqueet comment cette action l'amène à mobiliser des outils économiques, des outils de gestion etde plaidoyer, en interne, au sein de son champ organisationnel mais également au sein de lasociété. Notre travail apporte ainsi une contribution aux travaux sur les organisations de l'ESSet propose des éléments théoriques de définition de ce que pourrait recouvrir la notiond'entreprise militante.
