Abstract

Selon le rapport du World Economic Forum de janvier 2025, les entreprises de services financiers ont consacré 35 Md USD dans l'intelligence artificielle (IA) en 2023, et les investissements attendus dans le secteur bancaire (assurances, marchés des capitaux et services de paiement) s'élèvent, en 2027, à 97 Md USD. Ce secteur est donc l'un des plus importants investisseurs dans l'IA. Les bénéfices de l'IA dans le secteur financier sont bien identifiés et nombreux, comme le traitement automatique et rapide des demandes de prêts, la personnalisation des services clients, l'évaluation de la solvabilité, la détection d'anomalies financières, l'analyse prédictive des tendances de marché. En revanche, moins de publications portent sur les effets problématiques de l'IA dans le secteur financier. Cet article se focalise donc sur les défis et les risques de l'IA en finance, et la manière de les limiter.
