Abstract

L'innovation est omniprésente, mais elle demeure rarement interrogée dans toute sa complexité. Loin des approches euphoriques ou strictement technicistes, cet ouvrage propose une lecture renouvelée de l'innovation en en explorant les tensions, les paradoxes et les dynamiques sous-jacentes.Adoptant une double approche, Les facettes cachées de l'innovation articule, d'une part, une analyse fine des dynamiques managériales au coeur des processus d'innovation, et, d'autre part, une réflexion approfondie sur les dimensions structurelles, technologiques et culturelles qui les traversent.La première partie s'attache aux pratiques concrètes du management de l'innovation : gestion des compétences, spécificités des industries créatives, évolution des modes de travail à l'heure du télétravail. La seconde élargit la perspective en interrogeant les effets des technologies numériques, le rôle des environnements de travail dans la stimulation de la créativité, ou encore les tensions générées par les démarches d'agilité organisationnelle.S'appuyant sur des travaux à la fois empiriques et théoriques, cet ouvrage met en lumière les ressorts souvent invisibilisés de l'innovation et invite à en repenser les conditions, au plus près des réalités vécues dans les organisations contemporaines.
