Abstract

Cet avis d'expert propose une lecture structurée de la sobriété numérique en entreprise, à partir d'une double enquête qualitative et quantitative. Le lecteur y découvrira d'abord la diversité des perceptions et comportements face à cet enjeu, illustrée par une typologie en cinq niveaux d'engagement allant de la réfutation à la désadoption. L'avis montre ensuite que les démarches actuelles privilégient les optimisations techniques, mais négligent les dimensions humaines et relationnelles, limitant ainsi leur portée transformative. Enfin, il analyse les tensions paradoxales propres à la sobriété numérique – entre innovation et modération, performance économique et durabilité – et propose des leviers d'action. L'accent est mis sur la nécessité de rééquilibrer les capitaux mobilisés et de redéfinir le rôle stratégique de la DSI pour faire de la sobriété numérique un véritable projet organisationnel.
