Abstract

Cet ouvrage explore l'élaboration et le déploiement des technologies numériques dans la gestion des chaînes logistiques. La digitalisation des supply chains permet aux organisations de répondre aux enjeux classiques d'optimisation des flux, des délais et des coûts logistiques. Elle contribue également à une meilleure traçabilité des opérations, à une collaboration renforcée entre les acteurs, et vise une compétitivité accrue dans le respect des impératifs environnementaux.Stratégies digitales dans les supply chains présente des situations réelles issues d'organisations industrielles et tertiaires, permettant d'appréhender les questionnements concrets auxquels sont confrontés les praticiens de la logistique et du Supply Chain Management (SCM) quant aux opportunités offertes par la digitalisation et à la mise en oeuvre de stratégies digitales adaptées. À la fin de chaque cas, des éléments d'analyse et de correction sont proposés.
