Abstract

La question de ce travail de recherche est : dans quelle mesure les entreprises peuvent-elles réguler les usages de l'IA générative ? Cette question de régulation interne par les entreprises est encore peu explorée en sciences de gestion et mérite une attention particulière. En s'appuyant sur une étude empirique de type qualitatif menée auprès de l'entreprise Orange, nous avons mis en évidence la manière dont les mécanismes de régulation interne répondent aux différents défis concernant l'usage de l'IA générative en entreprise. Notre recherche révèle cinq niveaux de régulation, visant à encadrer l'utilisation de l'IA générative au sein de l'entreprise. Aussi, notre étude permet de comprendre comment les utilisateurs, notamment les managers et les salariés, perçoivent et interagissent avec ces régulations.
