Abstract

Cet article étudie les jeux contractuels d'accord de licence dans un cadre de relations verticales entre un fournisseur d'une technologie algorithmique et des firmes utilisatrices concurrentes sur un marché en aval. En se focalisant sur le modèle de tarification binôme, nous considérons le contrat de licence avec redevance unitaire et le contrat de licence avec redevance ad valorem. Nous montrons que le fournisseur et les firmes utilisatrices privilégient le contrat de licence avec redevance unitaire. Cette préférence commune génère une sous-optimalité au niveau du surplus des consommateurs et du surplus collectif sur le marché en aval. Classification JEL : D43, L13, L40, L86.
