Abstract

Ce chapitre vise à identifier les principales évolutions de la demande de logement en France depuis 1950, les caractéristiques de la demande actuelle ainsi que les déterminants de la demande et ses implications en termes de politique publique. Il se conclut sur l'analyse des difficultés rencontrées dans la mesure de l'évolution future de la demande de logement, tant dans son nombre que dans sa répartition géographique.
