Abstract

La question des circuits courts se trouve au cœur de l'actualité économique. Depuis le début des années deux mil, les initiatives autour des circuits courts ne cessent de croître en raison, notamment, des crises sanitaires sans précédent qui se succèdent. Ces crises poussent les consommateurs à exiger davantage de transparence et de qualité, qu'ils espèrent trouver dans les circuits courts de commercialisation. Cependant, la multiplication des formes de commercialisation associées aux circuits courts, aussi bien en vente directe qu'indirecte, peut créer un trouble chez le consommateur quant à la spécificité des produits achetés en circuit court. La question de la légitimité de ces nouveaux modes de distribution se pose alors.
