Comprendre les motivations au dépôt d’avis employeur en ligne

Abstract

Les plateformes d'avis employeur permettent aux (ex-)employés de publier un avis en ligne et ainsi de témoigner de la valeur de l'expérience de travail. Cette recherche vise à comprendre les motivations des auteurs d'avis employeur. Une étude qualitative a été menée (22 entretiens) et a donné lieu à une double analyse. Quatre classes émergent de l'analyse lexicographique : 1) Aider les candidats et les employeurs, 2) Partager des sentiments positifs ou négatifs sur un employeur, 3) Témoigner du respect du contrat psychologique, 4) Attester du contenu de l'expérience du travail. L'analyse de contenu fait ressortir onze motivations regroupées selon l'orientation vers soi, les autres ou l'entreprise.
