Abstract

La thèse part du constat que la pénurie d'eau en été devient un risque plus fréquent et plus grave sur l'ensemble du territoire français. En s'ancrant dans les sciences de gestion, la thèse tente d'évaluer le degré d'intégration de l'enjeu de sobriété hydrique dans les collectivités territoriales et de discerner l'évolution de la relation usager – fournisseur en eau potable. Pour ce faire, la thèse s'intéresse plus particulièrement à la mise en œuvre du démarketing et des nudges verts.
