Abstract

Aborder l'immobilier par le prisme de l'économie. Quelles sont les différentes dimensions de l'immobilier ? Quels sont ses enjeux pour les ménages, les entreprises, les investisseurs, les pouvoirs publics ? Comment fonctionnent les marchés liés à immobilier ? Quelles sont les tendances émergentes ? Ce manuel aborde les notions clés du secteur de l'immobilier et analyse ses enjeux actuels. Il traite les questions essentielles (l'offre et la demande, les échanges sur le marché immobilier, le rôle des politiques publiques et environnementales) avec de nombreux exemples, des cas pratiques concrets, ainsi que des focus sur les points importants à retenir. Des exercices à la fin de chaque chapitre, ainsi que des quiz en ligne permettent d'évaluer les connaissances. Cet ouvrage s'adresse aux étudiants en BTS Professions immobilières, BTS Notariat, bachelor, licence ou master en immobilier, ainsi qu'aux professionnels du secteur immobilier souhaitant approfondir leurs connaissances du fonctionnement de ce marché.
