Malgré les critiques, l’application TousAntiCovid a contribué à rassurer la population

Abstract

En juin 2020, le gouvernement français lançait la première application mobile « StopCovid » parmi les armes déployées pour endiguer l'épidémie de Covid-19. Le lancement de l'application ne connut pas un grand succès, si bien qu'elle fut remplacée assez rapidement par une nouvelle dénomination « TousAntiCovid ». Les chiffres du rapport d'activité publié par le gouvernement français montrent l'échec du premier lancement avec 2,8 millions de téléchargements pour la période du 2 juin au 21 octobre 2020, puis 36,6 millions de téléchargements avec la nouvelle version TousAntiCovid du 22 octobre 2020.
