Abstract

Avec l'adoption du travail hybride présentiel/distanciel accélérée par la pandémie de Covid et ses confinements successifs, la plupart des individus fréquentent moins leur bureau. Est-ce à dire pour autant que cet espace compte moins pour eux ? Qu'ils ressentent moins la nécessité de se l'approprier ? En somme, sont-ils davantage prêts à renoncer à avoir « leur place à eux » dans leur entreprise ? Pour répondre à cette question, nous avons lancé une vaste enquête grâce au soutien de Kardham, dont voici les principaux résultats.
