Abstract

Depuis longtemps, les chercheurs en management s'intéressent aux avantages sociopolitiques, financiers et managériaux de la gestion de diversité (sexe, origine ethnique, orientation sexuelle) notamment dans les secteurs ou l'innovation est la clé. Plusieurs études ont montré que l'impact de la diversité sociodémographique peut varier en fonction du secteur concerné, mais aussi de sa capacité de changer la culture organisationnelle et des mentalités en entreprise.
