Abstract

L'émergence du variant Omicron a poussé le premier ministre Jean Castex, lors de sa dernière conférence de presse, à recommander, une fois encore, un recours maximal au télétravail jusqu'au 2 février prochain. Depuis le début de la pandémie, le lien qui unit d'ordinaire sur le lieu de travail le dirigeant et le salarié se trouve ainsi bouleversé, suscitant naturellement l'intérêt des chercheurs en gestion.
