Lutte Contre La Délinquance Économique Et Financière : Enjeux Et Perspectives

Abstract

La délinquance financière, complexe et transnationale, menace gravement les économies, la confiance publique et la stabilité financière. Estimée à vingt milliards d'euros en France en 2012, cette menace croissante et en constante évolution a conduit la France à renforcer son arsenal répressif, dotant ses services d'enquête des moyens et compétences nécessaires. Cependant, des experts, comme l'économiste Jean-François Gayraud, avancent que le capitalisme a créé un environnement propice à la fraude à grande échelle. L'argent généré par des activités illicites comme le trafic de stupéfiants irrigue et corrompt l'économie légale, créant une véritable symbiose entre le crime « en col blanc » et la criminalité organisée traditionnelle.
