Abstract

A rebours des tendances passées en matière de gestion de carrière, les jeunes diplômés sont de moins en moins rétifs à choisir la filière d'expertise. Dans un contexte où nombre d'études semblent montrer que le métier de manager fait moins rêver, les experts reviennent ainsi en force sur le devant de la scène. Toutefois, on peut se demander si l'avenir n'est pas plutôt aux experts-managers…
