Quand les supporters du Stade Malherbe Caen donnent une leçon de management

Abstract

La première partie de la saison de Ligue 1 et de Ligue 2 (saison 2021-2022) a été émaillée de scènes de violences entre supporters. Les dernières en date ont eu lieu le 17 décembre dernier à l'occasion du match de 32e de finale de la Coupe de France entre le Paris FC et l'OL. Pourtant, d'autres supporters, comme ceux du Stade Malherbe Caen (Ligue 2) montrent l'exemple et contribuent à l'attractivité d'un club dont les résultats ont jusqu'ici été plutôt en deçà des attentes. Le contraste est flagrant et invite à questionner l'influence contributive de ces kops de supporters tels que celui du MNK (Malherbe Normandy Kop). Ainsi, quel est leur impact sur la création de valeur ? En quoi constituent-ils une source d'attractivité d'un club ? En quoi leurs actions devraient-elles inspirer les entreprises ?
